So, the story went on ...
Still on february 14th, 2014.
After hours accompanying me (his dad) at office; this has been a routine for Ezekiel after spending great times at school, Zeki and I were so happy to arrive home and being greeted by a sweet smile from mama. Hmmm.... another Valentine's effect, I suspect.
Jumping from his seat, Zeki then ran to his mom and started telling her about what happened at school earlier. His eyes shone as he shared the story.
Mama and daddy were so happy and so proud of you, Ezekiel.
Mama: "Wow, I am so proud of you Ezekiel. You know what, I've got chocolates for you."
Ezekiel: "Yeee....."
Mama: "And I also got a chocolate for you daddy."
I was blushing because I didn't have anything for mama..Shame on me.
Daddy: "Thank you so much mama. I am very sorry I don't have any chocolate for you. I love you."
Mama: "It's okay, daddy. You are already a precious gift for me."
Daddy: "Well, I know that we have no meals for dinner tonight. You know what, let's cook instant noodles (indomie goreng lagi) and have our candle light dinner."
Mama: "OK."
Ezekiel: "Good. It will be great."
So, it happened. Together, hand in hand, we cooked the instant noodles with great love. Zeki helped us in and out, while also being busy with his toys. After finished cooking, we set the table, put the noodles accompanied with Coca Cola, put the candles and lit them, then turned off the light. Perfect dinner for a happy family on a great day. We chatted about what took place on this special day and we made an oath that we will do this kind of candle light dinner on every February 14th.
During the dinner ...
Ezekiel: "Wow. This is so romantic."
Mama and daddy: "How did you get that word?", we asked almost at the same time.
Ezekiel: "Hmmmmm.... I don't know. I just know it."
So, eventually, on February 14th, 2014, Zeki officially mentioned the word 'romantic', adding another marvelous word in his personal dictionary.
